TrackPR.ca is an independent, community-powered application tracker. This policy explains the information we collect when you create or update a profile, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you share publicly
Your profile name, application attributes, processing offices, milestone dates, and timeline updates may be visible to other TrackPR.ca visitors. Use a non-identifying profile name where appropriate.
How we use information
We use submitted information to display timelines and to create community statistics, comparisons, and predictions. We do not sell submitted profile information.
Browser preferences
Your browser may store your selected profile, followed profiles, and saved search or filter preferences so the dashboard works more conveniently. You can clear these preferences through your browser settings.
Hosting and disclosure
TrackPR.ca is hosted with Cloudflare, which processes information needed to host and operate the site and database. Submitted profile information is also disclosed through the public tracker as described above.
Retention and safeguards
We keep public profile information until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer useful for the tracker. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Removing a profile cannot erase aggregated or anonymized statistics already produced from it, or copies made independently by others.
Your choices and requests
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable, contact privacy support. Include the profile name and enough detail for us to locate the record. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as TrackPR.ca changes. The effective date above will show when it was last revised.

Timelines, statistics, comparisons, and predictions are based on community-submitted information. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or wrong, and they never guarantee an IRCC processing time or decision.
Your submissions and use
Submit only information you are entitled to share publicly. Do not submit another person’s personal information without permission, sensitive identifiers, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to misuse other visitors’ information.
Make decisions from official sources
Always rely on your official IRCC account, correspondence, and qualified professional advice when making immigration decisions.
Service changes
We may correct, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue content and features when needed to operate and improve TrackPR.ca.
